English revision

Following instructions apply for language revision :

The paper contains three types of questions : i. Textbook paragraph based ii. Grammar iii. Writing skill iv. Unseen passage

For revision, you must concentrate on all three aspects.

i. Run through textbook; revise all textbook questions.

ii. Study grammar rules and solve grammar exercises.

iii. Revise rules for writing skill if any. (For example, letter writing). Go through writing skill exercises that you have already completed. If the same topic appears in exam, you can answer it really fast.

iv. Practice questions on fresh unseen passage i.e. the passage which you have never solved.

Study of language is difficult but revision of language is easier as you have to 'remember' only grammar rules.
